IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS / महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश

1. 01. Before filling out the online application, candidates must carefully read the detailed Advertisement available on HireMetro’s official website. Please apply only if you meet the minimum Essential Qualifications specified in the advertisement. Otherwise, your application will be rejected outright.
   ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को HireMetro की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध विस्तृत विज्ञापन को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ना चाहिए। कृपया तभी आवेदन करें जब आप विज्ञापन में निर्धारित न्यूनतम आवश्यक योग्यताओं को पूरा करते हों। अन्यथा, आपका आवेदन सीधे अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।
2. 02. Applicants should carefully fill in all details in the online application form, as incorrect information may lead to rejection. Once the examination fee is paid and the application submitted, no changes can be made.
   आवेदकों को आवेदन फॉर्म में सभी विवरण सावधानीपूर्वक भरने चाहिए, क्योंकि गलत जानकारी देने पर आवेदन अस्वीकृत हो सकता है। परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करने और आवेदन सबमिट करने के बाद कोई बदलाव संभव नहीं होगा।
3. 03. Candidates must provide a valid and active mobile number and email address, as all communications from HireMetro will be sent through these channels. Regularly check the website for updates.
   उम्मीदवारों को सही और सक्रिय मोबाइल नंबर एवं ईमेल पता देना अनिवार्य है, क्योंकि HireMetro द्वारा सभी संपर्क इसी माध्यम से किया जाएगा। नियमित अपडेट के लिए वेबसाइट देखें।
4. 04. Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria may apply for multiple positions. Separate fees apply for each. Applications without full form submission and fee payment will be rejected.
   पात्र उम्मीदवार कई पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग शुल्क लागू होगा। अधूरे आवेदन अस्वीकार किए जाएंगे।
5. 05. The examination fee is ₹300 per post. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
   प्रत्येक पद के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क ₹300 है। एक बार भुगतान किया गया शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
6. 06. Candidates need not send printed application forms or documents to the registered office.
   उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन पत्र या दस्तावेजों के प्रिंटआउट कार्यालय में भेजने की जरूरत नहीं है।
7. 07. HireMetro reserves the right to change examination centres if required.
   आवश्यकता अनुसार HireMetro परीक्षा केंद्रों को बदलने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
